Mega Brothels? | What The Hell Will They Think of Next? Part 2

Since 2002, prostitution has been legal in Germany. Nothing shocking there. But did you know that Germany now touts mega brothels, and that prostitution is an $18 billion industry in the land of sauerkraut and schnitzel?

According to ABC News,
[After paying a $90 entrance fee] Patrons pay by the half-hour for sex with the brothel's young women. A half-hour including intercourse costs patrons $75 while oral sex is an additional $20.

The German Women's Council estimates that over 40,000 foreign women have been brought into Germany as sex workers for this type of "mega brothel."
Hmmmm. I wonder if there's a World Cup discount?

Government sanctioned prostitution could make for a good "A Dolf Hypothetical" topic. I'll have to bust that one out soon and see what the DZ readers think.

Talk about 'Sex Sells'.

* crickets chirping and tumbleweed tumbling *

I am just proud of you for commenting! It looks like the DZ readers want to stay away from brothel discussions. Oh well, back to alcohol and American Idol it is...
