Top Seeds Dying at Western & Southern Masters!

We've reached the third round of the Western & Southern Masters and four out of the top six seeds are now gone! Roger Federer, James Blake, David Nalbandian, and Nikolay Davydenko are all out.

Something has got to be done about the ridiculous scheduling of ATP tournaments! It is completely unfair for the W&S Masters to be held back-to-back with the Rogers Masters in Canada. W&S gets screwed by this year after year. For example, whenever Agassi did well at Canada, he would invariably pull out of Cincinnati!

Federer was obviously exhausted! He won the Rogers Masters last week (7 matches) and then had to immediately fly to Cincinnati and start all over again.

There should be a smaller tournament (non-mandatory event) in between Cincinnati and Canada! Masters series events should NOT be back-to-back. George is getting angry!!!!

But think about how many bragging rights someone who actually does well in both the Rogers and W&S would have. That's the true reason for the schedule: to set up the uber-badass of Tennis, should someone actually accomplish it.

WM, that's true but... I only care about myself! i want to see the top players in the quarters and beyond.

If there was a non-mandatory event in bewtween the two Masters, I am certain the quality would be higher at the end stages of the Cincy tournament.

That being said, I will be there all day on Friday and Saturday!
