EW Gives Dark Knight An A-

I hope "The Dark Knight" comes through... I need to see a good movie! It's been a long time. The last movie that has made me want to hop in a car and smash mail boxes with a baseball bat was "300". I hope "Knight" can elicit those feelings once again. Read the EW review.

Saw an advanced screening on Wednesday night. You won't be disappointed. Gets a little long at times, but Ledger's Joker is probably the best onscreen villain since Hannibal Lecter.

BTW... I won tickets to the screening by submitting a photo to the Enquirer. See if you can pick out The Bard and son at....

Glad you liked it! I hope I won't be let down by the hype.

Believe it or not, I picked yours immediately from the thumbnails. How old was Matt in that pic?

Good movie. Only issue with the movie is that some of the action sequences bounce around so much it is near impossible to tell exactly what is going on.

Not to take anything away from a dead guy, but I think Heath Ledger's performance is a little over-hyped. Based on how the Joker character is written this time around (you know, as the Joker, not as some farcical representation of a Joker-like character) most decent actors could have made the character look just as badass.
